This green juice benefit is true real. The preparation and consumption of green juice is a healthy option to include in our diet. It is recommended to make it at home, since, in this way, we are the ones who select the ingredients (fresh fruits and vegetables), as well as we do not add additives or preservatives to the preparation.

Fruits and vegetables contain a significant percentage of water, which is why through their intake we promote the supply of water necessary for our body.

They also have various vitamins and minerals. Green leafy vegetables are rich in vitamin A, vitamin K, folate, calcium, potassium, and magnesium.

LOW CALORIC SUPPORT:
True. Green juices as such are low-energy preparations, however, the ingredient used to sweeten must be taken into account. If we think of green juice made from water and vegetables, its caloric intake is low, but if we add sugar or honey, for example, its caloric value increases.

Another aspect to take into account is the quantity. That it is a preparation based on natural and healthy foods does not mean that its consumption is unlimited. Its intake must be considered in the context of an individualized food plan, according to the nutritional requirements of each person.

Fake. No food fulfills this function. There are no “fat burning” foods.
